January Happenings

Oh dear, I am back again blogging. It has been a whole month! WOW. I really need to make this a priority I guess. Honestly our lives haven't been very exciting lately because we are getting ready for the big move on Sat. Lately we have been trying to sell off all our furniture. We have gotten rid of most of the items I really didn't want to keep which is nice.

We did have a very special visitor come last week. SARAH! I love when my sis comes because we always have big plans and projects to get done. We only really accomplished half of what we wanted to do in the week she was here, thanks in part to 3 little munchkins needing lots of Aunt Sarah's attention.

Her favorite by far was hanging with baby Christian. She would wake up at 7 with him every morning and enjoy some private play time before the rest of the family woke up. The kids were a little roudy for her I think, it is hard to be thrown into the family life with 3 kids when you are used to being alone. But she made it through the week. My favorite moment was we were driving in the car and the kids were talking very loud and Sarah tells them, "You guys need to be quiet, you are driving me straight to crazy town." Then Jackson told her "crazy town is below the ground. You have to dig for it and everything is upside-down." For the rest of the week the family joke when someone was acting up they were driving us to crazy town. Another great moment was when Sarah took Elizabeth to Starbucks for some hot chocolate. Liz got in the car and told Sarah, "It is so cold it makes me not want to go anywhere." Direct quote from mom, I love my little mini me.

It was so nice to have another adult around and get an early start on packing.

Here are some of the other happenings around the Stoker house:

Lizzy dancing for Christian, she has become such a great big sister.
Christian smiling and giggling. He is really ticklish. He is also rolling over from back to tummy and tummy to back. He is 4 months old now, weighs 14.7lbs (40%) and is 25.5 inches long (57%).
 Rocket launcher in the yard.

Lizzy prancing around in her new flower dress from Costco. She has worn it almost every day since we bought it.

It may be a crazy life but it is mine and I wouldn't change a thing.
