Fun Run Day

The kids had a great fund raiser at school this month called, The Fun Run. They collected money from our family members and friends and pledged that they would each run at least 30 laps = 2 miles.  They collected prizes all week for their pledges including wings that go on their shoes, water bottles and lights for their bikes. On Fun Run day Will, Christian, and I went to cheer them on. The kids ran so hard. Both of them met their goals and Jackson ran 36 laps. They were beet red and sweating by the end but so proud of their accomplishments. It was fun to see them sprint off the line each time they crossed, running as fast as their little bodies will carry them.
